The Philippines already started the negotiation with America for the additional presence of the American army in the country because of the tension between the country and China regarding on the West Philippine Sea dispute.

According to the document of Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin and DFA Secretary Albert Del Rosario to the leader of Congress, putting additional force from America in the country will strong the defense power that needed by the country while the Philippine Army still having their military practice.

The high presence of the American forces will also help the country in disaster management especially on resources and trainings.

The consultation and negotiation between America and Philippines is ready, it will talk regarding on the possible framework agreement where it will discuss in the rotational presence of the American soldiers in the country.

Secretary Gazmin and Del Rosario assure that the agreement will not violate the Constitutional Laws of the country and the American forces will stay as of now on the Philippine Military bases.
