Bayugan City, Philippines - A low pressure area (LPA) was spotted in the vicinity of Davao Oriental embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting all the parts of Palawan, Visayas and Mindanao.

There will be a light to moderate rains over Camiguin Island,  Agusan del Sur and other neighboring provinces.

Heavy rains may trigger flash floods and landslides in these areas.
